Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of the order takes place when the product is dispatched to you. Only then is a contract formed.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable. Prices may change from time to time, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We accept payments via ShopPay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna.

Product Descriptions and Availability

We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available and will not process your order if made.

Delivery

Products will be dispatched to the delivery address you provide when placing the order. Delivery times and costs are as stated on our Shipping Policy.

Right of Cancellation

In accordance with French consumer protection law, you have a right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the products.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email). You should then return the products to us in their original condition within 14 days.
