Thank your for shopping at murier.store. We value your trust and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please see our return and refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- Return items should be free from make-up marks, odors (e.g., perfume or smoke), or any other stains
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' are eligible for store credit only. No refunds are available.
- No returns on orders using discount codes of 30% or more. However you can get a store credit valid for 6 months for such orders.
- Items purchased during promotional periods are not eligible for refunds. However, store credit can be issued for the value of the item(s) returned. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our online store.
3. How to Return:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions .
4. Refunds:
- Once we receive your item and inspect it, we'll notify you about the status of your refund.
- If you return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow us up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
- Mûrier is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend using a tracked and insured return method.
6. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
