All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

LOCATION

We ship within France and to most international destinations.

DELIVERY TIME

• Domestic Orders (within France): typically 3-7 business days
• International Orders: typically processed and delivered within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and custom clearance procedures.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out your customised shipping rate, simply add the items to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Here, shipping costs will be displayed before the final checkout.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on domestic and EU orders over €250. 

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT

If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please contact us immediately at support@murier.store.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For all international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographic locations. We will notify you at checkout if we are unable to ship specific items to the address you have selected.
